Does Scuba Diving Affect Your Health?

Dangerous Nitrogen Narcosis, Only great swimmers can dip, Aquatic life is harmful, Any more scuba diving myths you’ve heard off? And in case you go for scuba diving and get connected. It is great news because enjoying Scuba diving in Goa does not need swimming you can enjoy scuba diving in Goa, even if you don’t know swimming. You can just dive in the sea attaching all the necessary equipment of scuba diving. And if you are curious about swimming abilities then don’t worry, your diving abilities have nothing to do with your skills. While diving your arms are useless and the only push comes from the legs, so a kick with all the fins is more than sufficient and you don’t have to be an Olympic swimmer to enjoy Scuba diving in Goa.

Does Scuba Diving Affect Your Health?

Talking in terms of health, Little is understood about the effects of nitrogen but what’s certain is that at a certain depth (it can start at 30m), nitrogen becomes more toxic to us. Our neurons are formed of axons that are there to send information to keep things simple. These axons have fats and nitrogen likes fat, so some of the nitrogen remains on the axons making the whole process of information delivery slow. Some individuals are more likely to be unconscious than others and it feels like anxiety is another element. The diving conditions may make you feel unconscious, you may also get a fever. As a rookie diver, you will not be able to recognize the signs i.e. if it becomes dangerous, as it has an impact on behavior. I’ve seen people sharing their atmosphere or looking in rock with nothing.

What are the problems you may face while enjoying scuba diving? What helps you to overcome those problems?

For many people, sharks would be the reason to stay on land. But while enjoying scuba diving in Goa, You won’t see any sharks.
There are two main principles of enjoying Scuba diving in Goa, so the first one is “never hold your breath” and the second one, is the 3Ts “don’t Twist, Take or Tease”. Unless you’re diving with piranhas, if you obey those rules you’ll be fine. There is a fish that could be competitive even if you follow the 3Ts rule: the clownfish (yes! It is the Nemo, It isn’t merely a cute little fish) both are very territorial and would safeguard their eggs if you get too close regardless of what size you are, which is rather commendable given the fact that a clownfish is merely a couple of centimeters long. However, as rare as it may be, should you ever find yourself threatened by a triggerfish (if I give you a hint as well if you feel at risk of Nemo?), the very best thing to do is to swim away from their territories and enjoy your dive.
